The Northern Marianas has seen it's total number of Covid-19 cases rise to 288 after four more incoming travellers tested positive at the weekend.
It said the new cases were identified by travel screening and confirmed positive through arrival testing on Friday and fifth-day testing on Saturday.
The individuals have been quarantined and are being actively monitored, and a contact tracing team has already begun reaching out to those who were in closest contact with the six.
The Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation or CHCC also reported that there are currently no active Covid-19-related hospitalizations in the CNMI.

Meanwhile, the Commonwealth Healthcare Corporation has reported that nearly 1,700 people have received the booster shot for the Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.
As of Sunday, 1,659 individuals have received an additional shot.
The CHCC is currently offering Pfizer-BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine booster shots to people aged 65 years and older; people aged 18-64 years with underlying health conditions; and people aged 18-64 years who are at increased risk for Covid-19 exposure and transmission because of occupational or institutional settings.
So far, 83 percent (82.9%) of the Maraiana's eligible population, or just over 35,000 people, are fully vaccinated.
