Ros Cole-Baker tells us about Te Whara track, also known as Bream Head, which is near Whangarei and rated as one of the country's most spectacular day walks.
The track follows an ancient Māori trail from Ocean Beach to Urquharts Bay, passing through coastal forest, with incredible ocean panoramas.
