10:18 Guilty verdict in sensational Aussie cold case 

40 years ago Australian mother of two Lynette Dawson disappeared - today her husband Chris was found guilty of her murder.

It's a cold case which has gripped the world, thanks to the award winning true crime podcast The Teacher's Pet which was downloaded 30 million times worldwide.

It was No.1 in the podcast charts in Australia, the UK, Canada and New Zealand.

Karyn is joined by ABC reporter Jamie McKinnell who was in court for the long-awaited verdict.

Brain fog - it's a thing - and if you suffer from it you'll know how frustrating and sometimes frightening it can be.

Thanks to Covid we are learning more about it and how to beat it.

Sabina Brennan is a neuroscientist from Trinity College in Dublin and has written a book called Beating Brain Fog.

She joins Karyn to shed some light on the subject.

Auckland's Karangahape Road has been given a very cool endorsement from one of the world's global travel and culture magazines. 

Described as the street that never sleeps and Auckland's bohemian heart - K Road has been ranked the sixth coolest street in the world by Time Out magazine for food, fun, culture and community.

Karyn speaks to Jamey Holloway from the K Road Business Association.
