Chief Censor warns parents over '13 Reasons Why'

The Chief Censor is warning parents about a new season of the Netflix series 13 Reasons Why. Season two will be released in New Zealand on Friday night. The programme is aimed at teenagers, and contains rape, suicide themes, drug use, and bullying. It carries a RP18 classification that means that anyone under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian when viewing. David Shanks is the Chief Censor.
