US-China trade stand-off eases

The United States and China have agreed to back away from imposing trade tarrifs on each others goods. The promised tarrifs had threatened a trade war that could have cost billions of dollars. Speaking on Fox News overnight, the US Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said the Trump administration would suspend plans to introduce restrictions to give time to work on a wider agreement. The BBC's business correspondent Joe Lynam has been covering this story. He talks to Susie Ferguson.
