Hundreds still missing in Guatemala after volcano erupts

Nearly 200 people are still missing following the eruption of the Fuego volcano on Monday Guatemalan emergency officials say. At least 75 people have been killed. Mark Balfour is a charity worker in Guatemala city. He describes the situation.
