Taranaki Rugby Union thrown hospital pass by stadium owners

The Taranaki rugby team will be without a home ground when the 2018 season kicks off in two months. New Plymouth's Yarrow Stadium has been condemned after engineers found the West and East Stand are earthquake-prone. Taranaki Rugby Union's chief executive is Jeremy Parkinson.
