Soul-destroying work for Tolaga Bay farmer after storm

River levels are running high in the Gisborne area after a night of heavy rain overnight. More than a thousand homes are without power from East Cape down to Hawke's Bay. Around Gisborne the Waipaoa River has flooded in areas, cutting off the small town of Te Karaka. We spoke to Gisborne farmer Mike Parker last Tuesday after flash flooding hit Tolaga Bay and we're back with him now.
