From Morning Report, 7:46 am on 14 June 2018

A legal expert says it is "unprecedented" for the Deputy Prime Minister to sue public servants, but New Zealand's constitutional arrangements are flexible enough to cope with the tension. Andrew Geddis is a professor of law at the University of Otago.
