On Country Life tonight, a Wairarapa beef farmer has just launched a gate-to-plate meat box business. In Hawke's Bay, a farmer is leading a crowd funding syndicate to save one farm from selling into forestry. And, to celebrate 25 years of Country Life, the team's dug up a story that ran in 2014 about Organic farmer John Earney, who had been hosting WWOOFers on his Taranaki farm for ten years.

The New Zealand health system is under pressure with doctor shortages and long waitlists. Dr Jula Rucklidge is a world-leading expert on micronutrients and the brain, with her research into how nutrition can improve mental health.

Dr Rucklidge is a Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Canterbury. She's the co-author of "The Better Brain: Overcome Anxiety, Combat Depression, and Reduce ADHD and Stress with Nutrition.

A week after the Black Ferns lifted rugby union's World Cup, glory is within reach for the 13-woman code at Old Trafford in Manchester.
