Police are trying to identify two men in relation to an assault in Queenstown early this morning.

Two men were sitting outside of Fergburger on Shotover Street at about 4am when they were attacked.
One of the men required medical treatment.
Police said the assault appears to have been unprovoked, and they are asking for any witnesses.
One of the men they are looking for is described as having a solid build, and a distinctive sleeve tattoo on his left arm.
He was wearing a black and orange hooded sweatshirt.
The second man has a medium build and was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, and a green and grey beanie.
