Two men have been arrested and charged with murder in relation to the death of Auckland man Kevin Patrick Hay.

The arrests come as police investigate the death of 50-year-old Kevin Patrick Hay outside a house in Ocean View Road, Northcote on 16 August.
The cause of the death had not been specified.
In a statement, Detective Inspector Kevin McNaughton said two men aged 55 and 56 from Northcote had been charged with the murder.
They are due to appear in the North Shore District Court this afternoon.
McNaughton said he hoped the arrests brought some reassurance to the wider community.
"We want to acknowledge Kevin's family and friends during this extremely difficult time," he said.
