Police and whānau are concerned for the wellbeing of 17-year-old Cruise who has connections to Kaitaia.
Cruise was last seen at around 4.30pm on 13 February in Hokowhitu, in Palmerston North.
He is described as 170cm tall and was wearing a fluoro orange and black hoody, which he is wearing in the photo, at the time he went missing.
Police said Cruise's family were worried about him and wanted to see him back home.
They thanked members of the public who have helped with information so far and want to hear from anyone else who might be able to assist.
