Australia's immigration minister, Peter Dutton, says a Somali refugee who became pregnant after she was allegedly raped on Nauru will return to Australia for medical advice on seeking an abortion.

The 23-year-old woman, known by her psuedonym Abyan, was flown to Australia for an abortion earlier this month, but was returned to Nauru five days later without the termination having taken place.
The Australian government said she was returned because she had changed her mind, but her lawyers denied this, insisting Abyan wanted more time to decide and to seek counselling.
Mr Dutton today told Sky News that Abyan will return to Australia for specialised medical treatment, but would not give dates for her travel.
The United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights called for Australia to provide urgent medical care for Abyan, saying she was in a fragile mental and physical state.
However, Mr Dutton says the OHCHR's call had nothing to do with his decision to allow her to return for treatment.
