Manu Samoa have made three enforced changes to their starting fifteen for this weekend's Rugby World Cup qualifying second leg against Germany.

Joe Tekori and Brandon Nansen form a new locking duo while Patrick Fa'apale will run proceedings at first five.

Josh Tyrell failed to recover from an injury sustained in training last week while captain Chris Vui moves from the second row to the blindside flank, in place of the injured Piula Fa'asalele.

Tusi Pisi moves out to second receiver after Alapati Leuia was excused from selection due to family commitments.

There's also four changes in the reserves, with Taula Eels halfback Ionatana Tino poised to make his test debut off the bench.

"I can't wait to go out there and do my best for my country," said the former Samoa A representative.

"This blue jersey means a lot to me and rubbing shoulders with some of the top athletes in this arena is surreal".

Samoa won the first leg 66-15 in Apia two weeks ago, with the home and away playoff winner to join hosts Japan, Ireland, Scotland and Russia in Pool A at next year's World Cup.
