Government anti-corruption body forms in Papua

Indonesia's anti-corruption agency has formed a sub-committee in Papua to weed out business malpractice in the region.

Antara News reports the commissioner of the Corruption Eradication Commission, Basaria Panjaitan, saying the committee will help communicate between regulators and businesses in Papua.

Mr Panjaitan said it will focus on areas such as land rights, construction projects and oil and gas exploration.
