Samoa Govt called on to lead struggle against violence 'crisis'

A commission of inquiry in Samoa has found one in five women is raped and 90 percent of people experience domestic violence.

The commission's slammed the government for not doing enough to address the issue.

Dominic Godfrey has read the report and Jamie Tahana asked him what failings the government is being called out for.
