The Barden Party are a group of travelling thespians from Nelson who've just returned from their first Australian tour.

Across the ditch, audiences were treated to a performance of the group's latest production - Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet.

The Barden Party website describes the group as "a family-friendly jukebox extravaganza which makes Shakespeare accessible for audiences of ALL ages".

They're currently on tour in Aotearoa where they're performing at intimate outdoor venues.

1:35 New motor sporting champion emerging from Aotearoa

17-year-old Cormac Buchanan is busy today at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park in Waikato.

He's there to take part in final round of the NZ Supersport 600. 

After this weekend's race he is heading to Europe to compete in the Junior GP World Championship.

He talks to Jesse about his future in motorsport and where it all began.
