Jon Sopel: Trump takes Mueller report as victory

The long-awaited Mueller report has found no evidence US President Donald Trump colluded with Russian interference in the 2016 election, but couldn't exonerate him in regards to obstruction of justice. BBC's North America Editor Jon Sopel spoke to Lisa Owen.
