NZ universities collaborate to win Indian students

In New Zealand, private institutions and polytechnics have had the lion-share of Indian enrolments simply because the country's universities haven't had as strong a presence in India. But now all 8 universities are working together to take a bigger share of that enrolment boom, and they reckon they can do it without the fraud and other issues which have dogged the smaller education providers.
