More drug-related than drunk-driving deaths on NZ roads - AA

The Automobile Association says for the first time, the number of drivers killed in crashes who have drugs in their system outnumbers drunk drivers. It's calling for the police to be given more tools to detect people driving under the influence of drugs. The AA's road safety spokesperson is Dylan Thomsen. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
