Children bitten, hit - early childhood education report

Pre-school teachers have been suspended for biting, shaking and hitting children. The Ministry of Education has released its report into almost 340 complaints against childhood centres, kindergartens and kohanga reo last year. Nearly half of them were upheld. Jessie Chiang reports.
