Smokefree NZ 2025 looking more unrealistic

A Smokefree New Zealand by 2025 is looking increasingly unrealistic. A Ministry of Health report says the country is unlikely to reach the 2018 targets which serve as a half-way point to the 2025 goal. Maori in particular are struggling when it comes to quitting. Lance Norman is chief executive of Hapai te Hauora - the country's largest Maori public health organisation. He talks to Philippa Tolley.
