Provincial fund should go to infrastructure - Simon Bridges

The government is being urged to loosen its self-imposed financial restraints and spend more on public services. Critics say more should be done for underfunded mental health services and dilapidated hospitals and schools. But Finance Minister, Grant Robertson, says he is confident the extra $24 billion earmarked in the budget will be enough. And he continues to blame underinvestment by the previous National-led government for the depth of the problems.
