Louisa Wall hits back at National's medicinal cannabis bill

Government MPs are accusing the National Party of playing politics after it withdrew its support from a medicinal cannabis bill currently before select committee, and offered up its own bill. National leader Simon Bridges insists it's not a stunt and the party wants to give sick New Zealanders better access to high-quality medicinal cannabis.
