Medicinal cannabis: Law forces cancer sufferer into crime

While Parliament wrestles with its medicinal marijuana bill a Taranaki man living with terminal cancer says he is being forced to act like a criminal to manufacture the cannabis oil he says alleviates his condition. The father of two says he has to buy cannabis in dodgy late-night deals in deserted carparks and navigate around his children and neighbours to process it at his suburban property.
