NZ firefighters fly to help at California blazes

More than thirty New Zealand firefighters are are on their way to join the 11-thousand Americans fighting the fires ravaging California. They will most likely be deployed to northern California, where the biggest blaze, the Carr Fire, has destroyed more than a thousand homes and killed six people, including two fire fighters. RNZ reporter Jessie Chiang went to see them off at Auckland Airport.
