Govt can lead way by sharing construction risk - Graham Burke

The government's plan to tackle construction industry concerns can't come soon enough for sub contractors. Cabinet ministers met with construction leaders on Monday to address the major challenges facing the sector. It comes off the back of recent revelations that nearly a third of New Zealand construction companies are failing to comply with the new law to keep retention money in trust. New Zealand Specialist Trade Contractors Federation president Graham Burke discusses the issues with Guyon Espiner.
