'Vulnerable, frightened' - Ben Stokes defends Bristol brawl

Ben Stokes has described feeling "vulnerable and frightened" and "under threat of immediate attack" moments before he became involved in a brawl outside a Britsol nightclub in September last year. He is on trial for affray, alongside Ryan Ali and Ryan Hale, at a Bristol Court. The jury has heard the statements the New Zealand-born cricketer provided to the police in the aftermath of the incident which left one man with significant injuries, including a fractured eye socket.
