The government has been warned it's at risk of putting off developers if it takes too long to make decisions about who it will use for the KiwiBuild scheme. One developer has told RNZ they are at risk of losing a land purchase if they don't get the go ahead soon. RNZ reporter Tom Furley has been talking to developers and tells Guyon Espiner what he's found out.
