Facebook investigates online abuse in Samoa

Facebook, in a protracted battle to keep its users safe from abuse, says it is investigating the case of a Samoan woman who claims she received death threats on the platform. Samoan author Lani Wendt Young says her abusers have been able to act with impunity, and Amnesty International is urging New Zealand to amend its laws to combat the social media giant.
