Wellington's 18 bus to be reinstated

The number 18 bus service that runs between Miramar and Victoria University of Wellington via the city hospital has been reinstated, with a catch. On Thursday the Greater Wellington Regional Council announced it would reinstate the service, but not until the end of the year. Kara Lipski - a Wellington commuter - discusses with Susie Ferguson.
