Electricity prices to rise in north, drop in South

An investigation into the country's high power prices has pointed the finger at complacent customers, higher charges from powerline companies and inefficiencies in all aspects of the sector. All of this is driving an 80 percent rise in power prices since the 1990s. Joining us now to discuss the report is Carl Hansen who was until recently the chief executive of the Electricity Authority - the government agency which regulates the entire industry.
