Winston Peters can't remember if he signed NZ First fine contract

From Morning Report, 8:33 am on 14 September 2018

As reported earlier, deputy Prime Minister Winston Peters says he had a lapse of memory and has taken back his claim all NZ First party members had signed a contract that would require them to pay a $300,000 fine if they are expelled or resign from the caucus but stay on in Parliament. National's spokesperson for electoral law Nick Smith described it as a ploy to avoid a Privileges Committee hearing. Mr Peters joins Alex Perrottet with his response.
