Hurricane Florence: Floodwaters rising in Carolinas

Hurricane Florence has already killed eighteen people, trapped hundreds more and isolated parts of the Carolinas...but authorities say the worst is still to come. The tropical depression will keep dumping rain over parts of North Carolina for the next few days and flooding is already so bad that the state transportation department is telling people not to travel.
