Philippines ambassador to NZ criticises student exploitation

The Philippines' ambassador to New Zealand, Jesus Domingo, is trying to stamp out exploitation of Filipino students by dodgy education agents. Mr Domingo wants New Zealand tertiary institutions to sign up to an agreement that commits them to sacking unethical agents and refraining from misleading advertising. He told RNZ education correspondent, John Gerritsen, there have been a lot of problems for students from the Philippines.
