Foreign investors buy sensitive land without official consent

Foreign investors have managed to buy sensitive land at least 16 times in the past two years without getting the required official consent. Figures given to RNZ News show nearly 30 other cases are under some form of investigation by government officials. Kate Gudsell reports.
