Wellington passengers left behind as buses too small

A catalogue of failings of the new Wellington bus network will be discussed at a Greater Wellington Regional Council meeting tomorrow. Problems include buses being constantly late, too crowded to pick up waiting passengers, being cancelled without warning and connections between services not working. A former Wellington deputy mayor, Paul Eagle, who's now the Labour MP for Rongotai, says the new network is an utter shambles. He talks to Susie Ferguson.
