School holidays can spell great things for children but disaster for parents' wallets. It's a time of year where thousands of school children are signed up to holiday programmes while parents continue to work. But with some daily fees topping $100 and more, sending your child to a holiday programme can be a luxury. Anneke Smith looked at what's on offer in Auckland.
