Niue reacts after NZ warns about misuse of aid money

Niue's Premier, Sir Toke Talagi says the New Zealand flag won't be raised during Constitution Day celebrations later this month as normal. Sir Toke says this is just Niue being its own country, but Opposition MP Terry Coe says it's really Sir Toke retaliating against New Zealand over audit concerns that have been raised.
