Loan shark limit to 'protect' vulnerable customers - Faafoi

New measures have been announced to crack down on loan sharks. A cap has been placed on the total amount of interest and fees high-cost lenders can charge, and possible penalties include fines of up to $600,000. But the changes won't take effect until 2020.
