Stigma forcing ex-prisoners to lie to get jobs

Newly-released prisoners say they are forced to lie to employers to get a job. Just under a third of people who leave prison are back behind bars within their first year out. The Department of Corrections says getting a job is key to staying crime-free and it's urging employers to give former prisoners a chance.
