California town devastated by another wildfire

Twenty-five people are dead and thousands of homes destroyed as three wildfires rage through California. Winds are predicted to increase today and authorities are warning they're likely to fan the flames. Residents are still coming to terms with the destruction they're seeing around them. We talk to Marc Albert in Chico, California.
