City Rail Link boss Sean Sweeney tells Guyon Espiner that RCR (Infrastructure) NZ, the engineering firm that won the bid to build a major part of Auckland’s City Rail Link, is unaffected by its parent company RCR Tomlinson going into receivership in Australia.
