Two thirds of cars failing WOF re-checks

Two thirds of the cars rechecked so far amid the warrant of fitness crisis have failed their re-inspection. About 750 vehicles have been checked - 465 failed and needed repairs. This leaves another 19 thousand vehicles still to be seen, and the slow rate drivers are responding suggests that thousands of cars will be on the road for months before they are re-inspected.
