The New Zealand cricket coach, Gary Stead, says his team proved they're a world class side with their Test series win over Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates. It was the Black Caps' first away Test series win against Pakistan in 49 years. They won the series with a 123-run victory in the third and final Test thanks to standout performances from debutant spinner Will Somerville, batsman Henry Nicholls and captain Kane Williamson. The Black Caps arrived back in the country on the weekend ahead of their home series against Sri Lanka which starts on Saturday. Stead told media at Auckland airport he couldn't be happier with how the team went in his first series in charge of the Black Caps.
