Vernon Tava discusses proposed centrist green party
The National Party leader Simon Bridges is keeping mum on whether his party would shack-up with a new centre-green party. National leader Simon Bridges says if such a party does form, a deal with his party is neither on-or-off of the table. But he says it could be a very valuable political addition. Vernon Tava, a former Green Party candidate who has also tried for nomination as a National Party candidate, says this is an idea whose time has come. He talks to Gyles Beckford.
