PM to be welcomed at Iwi Chairs Forum

It has been unclear for weeks whether the Prime Minister would meet with iwi leaders in Waitangi on Friday. But some last minute changes mean Jacinda Ardern will be welcomed at the Iwi Chairs Forum, alongside a number of government ministers. The Iwi Chairs Forum has been an influential voice for the last decade under National's reign - and while Labour holds all seven Maori seats, there are some iwi leaders who are concerned about the status they now hold with the government.
