The vaping industry says electronic cigarettes should not be included in a looming ban on smoking in cars carrying children. The ban is likely to come into force by the end of next year. According to a Cabinet paper, banning people from vaping in cars with children will be consistent with another law change planned this year to ban vaping in bars, restaurants and workplaces.
