ISIS 'defeated but not dead' - Frank Gardner
The remnants of the ISIS army are cornered in Syria with a complete victory expected within days - and world leaders are already disagreeing over how to tidy-up the loose ends. President Donald Trump has said Europe should take back and punish hundreds of ISIS fighters orginally from European countries - otherwise the United States will have to release them.
